About the Trainer

 Vidya Mathews has over 24 years of experience in Global Learning and Training and Development, she has designed and conducted several training programs and workshops for IT /ITES , Manufacturing, BFSI, Automotive, Retail, Real estate, Pharma & Healthcare domains . Over the years Vidya has trained close to  50000 people aiming at improving performance and efficiency of students, employees and management personnel for national and international projects and programs (Multiple geographies and line of business).

 She has  also led teams managing Clients across the Globe with extensive associations with end customers 
 Vidya has been a  PoSH Evangelist for over 14 years and actively works on imparting her knowledge about the law throughout India.

Vidya  is a certified Human Rights law Professional, Internationally certified Master Trainer, Certified  Executive Coach, and  and a NLP Practitioner.

Through her career, Vidya has engaged in analyzing training needs and gaps, designing, formatting and delivering training and coaching programs   across industries, enabling employees and professionals from diverse cultural / linguistic backgrounds perform better in an organizational setting. Vidya has years of experience in planning and orchestrating various Trainings{ Process Training (Retail Banking/ Technical Helpdesk) / Behavioral  Training / Train the Trainer for new Trainers on boarded training programs in India and abroad .

At present, Vidya works as a Training Consultant,  Career Assessor and Freelance Trainer. She also practices as a Coach for a niche clientele based in APAC and US .
 
 She is  a nominated ‘International Country Officer’-IFGICT- Green ICT standard dedicated to all ICT products, services, and companies involved in ICT.
